Welcome to the
Babbitt-Embarrass
School
It is my pleasure to
welcome you to the Babbitt-Embarrass School! Our faculty and
staff pride themselves on creating a positive learning
environment in which all students are made to feel safe,
welcome, accepted and involved. We promote the pursuit of
excellence in all endeavors and stress the importance of
establishing mutually respectful relationships with both
peers and adults. We make every effort to provide a quality
educational experience for all students and encourage
parental involvement fully realizing that the relationship
between home and school is the key component of educational
excellence.
School office hours are
from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please feel free to call and/or
stop by anytime to see our school and become familiar with
all we have to offer your child. All visitors are required
to sign-in at the office and receive a visitor’s tag prior
to being escorted to any other part of the building.

If you are interested in enrolling your student at the Babbitt-Embarrass
School please be aware of the New Student Registration Checklist below.
1.Confirmation that parents are
residents of ISD 2142 attendance sites.
2. Receipt of complete student
records from school district previously attended.
3. Juvenile record review if the
students had been previously adjudicated.
4. Immunization records review to
determine completeness.
5. Transcript review to determine
student grade level placement.
6. Immediate IEP staffing if records
declare student is a special needs student.
7. Parent and student orientation to
student handbook.
8. Enter student on MARRS as new
enrollee.
9. Register student in appropriate
grade and/or with appropriate secondary courses.
Students will not be enrolled or admitted to school
until all of the above conditions have been met in their entirety.
